The Provenance
The Provenance is an Atelier One-of-One shaped around color that belongs to this hat alone. Its hand-dyed fur felt body carries a warm, dimensional tone developed individually by the maker, with natural variations in depth and character that are part of the process. A sculpted asymmetrical crown gives the hat its distinctive profile, balanced by a wide 4-inch brim. Hand-dyed velvet ribbon wraps the crown with a soft raw-edge finish, while a silver equestrian bit and hand-tied side detail add character without overtaking the form. The color and finish were created by hand and will not be reproduced. The Provenance is not a pattern for another hat—it is the record of a particular material, process, and moment in the Atelier.
