Phoenix Rises begins with a Charlie 1 Horse top hat made from genuine Mexican palm, then takes on a character all its own through Dusty’s custom work in her Sturgis, South Dakota studio. A metal Phoenix button, custom feather embellishment, and colorful patterned hatband give this one-of-a-kind piece its distinctive finish. Created in a size medium, only one was made.
